Refund policy

At Tryybe, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. As a fashion brand, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene standards, product integrity, and fair usage.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


 Returns

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Size or fit issues

    • Color or design preferences

    • Personal expectations

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The product received is damageddefective, or incorrect

    • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

    • Clear unboxing video evidence is provided (mandatory)

 Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.


 Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any return or refund:

  • The unboxing video must be continuousuncut, and recorded from the moment the package is opened

  • The product, tags, and packaging must be clearly visible

This is a mandatory requirement to prevent misuse and false claims.


 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging


 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Original payment method (at Tryybe’s discretion)

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead

  • Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility criteria as returns

 Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped

  • Tryybe reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity

 Reverse Pickup

  • If a return is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged by Tryybe

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product

 Final Decision

All return, refund, and exchange approvals are subject to Tryybe’s quality check.
Tryybe reserves the final right to approve or deny any request.
